A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Bristol are seeking a Senior Architect with demonstrable experience within Commercial, Healthcare and Retail schemes to join their team in a highly lucrative role.

The ideal Senior Architect will come from a multi-disciplinary background and will preferably possess an expertise running jobs within Commercial, Healthcare and/or Retail sectors. You must be able to ensure the highest design quality throughout all projects and work efficiently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work. Your talent, creativity and excellent communication skills will create wide scope for personal and career development in a dynamic and growing business.
Senior Architect Requirements:
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 10 years UK experience
Design leadership, capable of leading multidisciplinary design teams
Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience is essential
Advanced 3D capabilities
Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
Knowledge of UK best practice standards

Salary offered is between £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience, plus:
