Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside a highly regarded bespoke York based Medium sized RIBA Chartered Architectural practice to source an experienced Project Architect to specially focus on project delivery on site.
This practice have been going from strength to strength and as such they have forged a formidable reputation for delivering notable projects specifically within the High End bespoke Residential and Leisure / Hospitality (hotels) sectors, the majority of these projects are based in York and London, the projects in London are classed as "Super Prime Residential" with most of the builds and refurbishments being in the Mayfair and Chelsea area. The Hotel projects are of a boutique nature with the focus being on experience and the wow factor.
A selection of 2023 projects due to hit site in the coming months are as follows –
5* High end London Hotel conversion – crica £180m
Re-design / model of 40 bespoke flats in York.
Conversion of a former industrial site into Student accommodation.
4 bespoke house – £2.5m each
Various New Build Care homes
The ideal Project Architect will be a career-driven, challenge-hungry professional who wants to work within a collaborative, entrepreneurial studio environment where they can really showcase their creative side. Operationally we need an experienced Project Architect with considerable delivery experience on site, working in partnership with the practice Director you will almost operate as a second in command and lead these project through to completion
Project Architect Requirements
* RIBA Qualified Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
* Demonstrable experience of working across the project delivery stages of RIBA, stage 4 onwards.
* Passionate and creative designer with flair and imagination in abundance.
* Able to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
* Passion for design and interest in developments within the Architecture industry
* Some previous experience of High end Residential or Leisure / hospitality projects.
* Extensive job running and site based experience in a project delivery capacity.
*Solid REVIT and AutoCAD capabilities.
The successful Project Architect can expect to receive all the support needed whilst commanding a highly competitive salary depending on experience between £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + benefits.
