Mid-Weight Interior Architect Job in Bath, Somerset
Exciting opportunity for a Mid-Weight Interior Architect job in Bath, Somerset, with a well-established high-end design firm that cover all stages of design for clients across the globe. The position is offered on a permanent basis offering a salary of up to £40,000.
Established over a decade ago, this design practice has become one of the most trusted and respected in their industry, combining interior architecture, interior design, and project management within one concept-to-completion, fully bespoke service. Role & Responsibilities
Translating design concepts into detailed presentations and supporting documentation
Support in the production of technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, reflective ceiling plans, bespoke joinery and custom furniture
Working in all project stages in line with RIBA structure
Assist with client meetings and presentations
Communicating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal project teams when needed
Site visits, typically twice a month.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience working on high-end projects, ideally residential
Proven experience producing technical packages and bespoke joinery
Strong knowledge of joinery, detailing, furniture & construction
Experience liaising with contractors and third parties on site
Ability to work well under pressure; prioritising and meeting deadlines
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
On-site experience
Full UK Driving Licence and ideally access to your own vehicle.What you get back
