Interior Architect job in Wimbledon, London
Our client is looking to hire for an Interior Architect job to join their close-knit team of designers specialising in luxury projects based from their SW London studio. The successful candidate will manage all technical aspects of a project and will be involved in site coordination. Salary offering £35,000 – £45,000.
Founded in 2004, this interior design practice has seen continual success, working primarily on super prime residential and commercial schemes in the UK, Middle East, USA and Europe. Currently developing multi-million-pound residences and yacht projects, they require a talented Interior Architect who thrives on working in a fast-paced work environment, to work on all technical stages.
Role & Responsibilities
Managing all technical aspects of national and international projects
Producing drawing packs, technical details, and specifications
Involvement in concept development and space planning
On-site management
Liaising with third parties on and off site.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience working on luxury projects within the residential sector
Strong concept and technical skills and abilities
Proven experience producing technical packages, details, elevations, and specifications
On-site coordination/installation experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.What you get back
