Salary : £28000 – £34000/annum

My client is a specialist brand and marketing agency with a highly skilled team that works closely with its clients to develop brand identities, integrated marketing campaigns and a wide variety of other creative projects. My client is looking for a MW graphic designer, they are based in Newbury (near reading) and offer part remote!
Responsibilities as their middleweight graphic designer:
* You will be expected to work on all types of creative challenges; from identity/brand development to multi-channel product launches, website design and digital marketing campaigns
* You must have a good understanding of UX & UI principles as you’ll need to be able to build out user journeys and web page architectures
* We need someone who can confidently and succinctly interpret, interrogate and deliver high quality results against a client brief
* We encourage a collaborative approach to our communications, so you must be happy to be client-facing throughout the lifecycle of our projects
* You’ll need to be able to adapt your designs so that they are appropriate for multi-channel delivery
* Proactively support to our Creative Director in pitch and concept creation
* Deliver outstanding conceptual and creative thinking in your design work
* Be responsible for ensuring the execution and detail of each of your projects is taken care of.
Technical Skills as their middleweight graphic designer:
* Be highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and After Effects
* HTML and CSS coding knowledge are advantageous
* A working knowledge of website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify & Webflow be helpful though not essential
Education/Experience as their middleweight graphic designer:
* A degree or HND in graphic design or a related subject
* Have around 4 years of experience in an agency environment
