My client are a leading provider of Large Format graphics and Signage and are looking for an experienced industry candidate who can help grow their team by bringing in a Signage Account Handler.
This person will be responsible for managing incoming calls and enquiries, managing existing accounts, customer servicing, and ensuring that clients have a first point of contact.
Responsibilities:
Manage and existing accounts via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide signage guidance and expertise
Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
Manage all activity on the business CRM system
Requirements:
Proven industry experience within Large Format Graphics and Signage
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
