Studio Manager

The Recruitment Co are currently looking for a Studio Manager for a permanent position for our architecture client based in Glasgow City Centre.
This position is a Monday-Friday 9:00- 17:30 with the occasional weekend.. The salary range is between £28,000-£32,000, dependent on experience.
In this role you will be managing the studio and working environment day to day, supporting the studio lead in delivering office targets and business plans. Whilst also managing the administrative services and providing PA support to the director team and others when required.
Key Responsibilities;
Support the team to improve ways of working to aid communication, collaboration and efficiency
Contribute to the development and communication of the company culture, policy, systems, especially in relation to creativity, environmental care and the respect of others in the workplace
Deal with individual employee queries
Assist Project Leads with Document Management
Review Debtors List (issued by Finance) and chase up PL's and/ or assist in following up with clients re: outstanding payments
Aid the setting up of projects and other office finances responsibilities such as monthly invoicing
