Cover Supervisor
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £80 – £120/day
Cover Supervisors required in Brent:
Attention all experienced education professionals in the Brent area!
We are currently seeking strong cover supervisors to join our team in local schools, who can start as soon as possible. While teaching qualifications are not necessary, previous cover supervisor experience or other relevant experience working in schools such as TA, coaching, lecturing, or EI is required.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons and activities to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Managing the behaviour and classroom dynamics of students
Providing feedback and progress updates to the absent teacher
Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times
Key Requirements:
Able to start asap
Strong classroom management skills
Experience working in Secondary schools
Proven track record of successfully managing classrooms
Flexibility, reliability and punctuality
Salary: £80 – £110 per day (dependant on location, experience and school budgets etc)
