Salary : £21000 – £25000/annum
Playground Designer, Permanent role, Salary from £21,000 upwards DOE. Hybrid working (once trained) NN29 area, excellent benefits package
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented junior designer to design children's outdoor play areas and playgrounds. As a designer you will be passionate about using your creativity and design skills to develop incredible outdoor spaces for children.
You will work closely with the Playground Consultants, to bring to life customers visions be it a play area in a school or park. You will be provided with full training, so that your designs will be exciting, inspiring, engaging and will wow your clients.
The role will involve the following
Design landscapes and playgrounds in both 2D and 3D
Prepare clear and accurate drawings,
Provide specifications and cost estimates
Issue designs and drawings for approval. This will include 3D animation walkthroughs (full training provided!)
Work closely with our sales team to bring to life the clients desires
Have strong organizational and communication skills
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience
Have a design related qualification
Have experience in landscape or playground design
Have a working knowledge of AUTO-CAD and/or Vectorworks
Are confident in using Illustration Tools such as Photoshop
Can hand sketch as well as use AUTO CAD
Have good communication skills & have a passion for what you do.
