Senior Technical Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
Senior Technical Designer needed to join a successful D&B workplace design studio.
This is a great job for someone with a sold background in commercial office design and delivery. Your previous experience of working within the D&B sector would be put to good use here as you will be offered the chance to lead on the delivery of workplace schemes, It would suit a technical designer who enjoys taking ownership of packages from start to finish, liaising with a range of clients (most of whom are on the doorstep in the Surrey region) and driving the procurement forward too. Good autocad skills, previous UK building regulations/D&B experience and an ability to drive are essential for this position.
