Event Producer- London
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £32000/annum
We are looking for a Event Producer.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LIVE EVENTS.
Day to day
Day to day you will be working collaboratively with the Client Services team and both internal and external stakeholders, to develop new briefs and drive the development, production and delivery of all creative elements involved. This includes:
Exploring, interpreting and understanding client briefs, working alongside the Client Services team as well as communicating with internal departments ensuring that the brief and budget are fully understood by everyone involved
Working alongside the Account Leads and Creative team on the production of presentations and pitches
Spending time with our Lighting, Audio, Video, Scenic, Content and Creative teams to get their input into projects from the outset
End to end event planning including event decks and floor plans
End to end project management including the creation and ownership of project packs, timelines and trackers
Running the project from start to finish, you'll develop and drive the event from the initial concept through to the final reconciliation, in partnership with the Account Lead
Collaborating with the client relationship team, regularly attending site for both for pre-production meetings and deliveryget in touch for more information
