Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum

A Senior Interior Architect job is now available in South West London. The role will involve work on every stage of the design process and delivery of luxury projects including leading concept development and space planning, production of full drawing packs including plans, and managing projects on site through to completion. Salary of up to £55,000 + Benefits and a hybrid work setup.

Their team combines the perfect amount of creativity, industry knowledge and innovation, producing phenomenal work for national and international clients. Due to an increase on their workload, they are currently seeking an experience Senior Interior Architect to join them and help them lead luxury residential projects in the UK and overseas.

Role & Responsibilities

Leading client and design presentations, meetings, and correspondence throughout the life of a project
Producing, developing and supervising design packages from concept, tender, and design intent construction detailing
Producing fixture and finishes specification schedules
Responsibility for the full delivery of projects from concept through to completion
Inspiring creativity in the studio including developing relationships with new suppliers and creative materials.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years' experience in an interior design or architectural practice, preferably in the luxury residential market
Excellent conceptual and presentation skills
Experience developing and producing design packages from concept, tender, and design intent construction detailing
Experience producing fixture and finishes specification schedules
Initiative to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to leading design work within the studio and communication with clients and contractors throughout the design and building works processes
On site and project management experience including full delivery of projects from concept through to completion
Proven awareness of commercial aspects of projects to assist senior management
Client facing experience including leading design presentations, meetings, and correspondence throughout the design and building works processes
Excellent time management – personal and team members
Fluent in (spoken and written) English
Proficiency with Vectorworks 2D.
