Senior Interior Designer

Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
Experienced Senior Interior Designer required to join luxury residential developer based in Surrey. The successful candidate will be working solely on a multi-unit project in Central London, overseeing it across all stages. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident multitasker looking for a new challenge within the high-end residential sector. The role will be partly office based and partly remote work.
The practice work on development projects in Prime and Super-Prime locations in London, with a growing portfolio of projects currently valued at approximately £70M. Having just signed off a 40-unit scheme in Central London, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their team of 8. In order to find the perfect match, this role could be offered as a permanent or fixed term contract, depending on the candidate's preference.
Role & Responsibilities
– To act as Project Designer
– To work independently across all project stages whilst reporting to the Head of Design
– To produce technical packages, specifications and details of all internal aspects
– Opportunity to manage/oversee junior designers
Required Skills & Experience
– 5+ years' experience in luxury residential design
– Experience and confidence developing own designs with minimal supervision
– Proven experience working on residential projects from concept development through to handover
– Strong technical knowledge and skills. Must be able to produce all technical packages
– Experience using Vectorworks and Adobe Suite
