New Product Development Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a market-leading manufacturing company, who are looking for a New Product Development Engineer.
The company design and manufacture a range of products. Continuous product innovation is important, incorporating new ideas and technologies to improve their product ranges and products.
This role will be to design and develop products to achieve their customers' needs.
The NPD Engineer will be responsible for:
* Design and development of products
* Producing 3D CAD drawings
* Managing the full product lifecycle through testing and prototyping
* Liaising with customers to develop their brief through to completion
The NPD Engineer will need:
* Competence in mechanical based product design
* Experience in 3D CAD design
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
* The ability to communicate internally and externally
