Façade Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Review project specification against tender submissions, assess product performance and suitability.
* Produce compliant technical design.
* Supervise allocated internal or external project design resource and quality review design output.
* Manage information exchange and coordinate with project design team.
* Present design and engineering output to external reviewers.
Qualifications and Essential Skills:
* Significant proven experience in a similar role, ideally aligned to a relevant degree.
* Previous experience in dealing with suppliers, clients and consultants is required.
* Advanced user of the AutoDesk PDM, AEC and the CAD Plan software suites.
* Excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with and influence people, build trust and confidence.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with other departments, clients and suppliers.
* Detail oriented with strong time management skills, ability to self-direct work load and accomplish tasks
