We are working on an amazing opportunity for a Senior Studio Coordinator to work for a forward thinking AJ100 design practice, based in Shoreditch.

They have a fantastic diverse team and offer incredible employee benefits. This is an office-based role, which is based front of house. As Senior Office Co-ordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of front of house and providing a high level of service both internally and externally. You will be expected to be able to undertake the following;

Duties

Responsible for cover for Front of House
Greeting visitors
Be the experienced face of the workplace and the 'go to' person for all workplace related matters * Assist and mentor Office Co-ordinator
Booking couriers and accepting and distributing deliveries
Answering the phones and taking messages with timely responses to queries and requests
Maintaining the meeting room diary
Preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings, setting up and clearing meeting rooms * Maintaining and providing support with meeting room AV setup as required
Ordering office supplies for all offices
Maintaining accurate records of credit card use
Managing office magazine and online subscriptions
Opening and franking post
Keeping the office tidy
Ensuring Health and Safety checks are being implemented, including regular floor walks and fire warden duties
General filing and archiving
Attending monthly Social and Cultural Forum and organising regular staff events
Organising weekly Monday breakfast, Cake Day and weekly after-work drinks/snacks
Organising staff gifts and cards
Maintaining Office Attendance records
Assist with adherence to ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance requirements
Admin support to Associate Directors
Arranging travel and accommodation
Document production including copying/collating/binding and organising off-site printing
Typing up letters according to practice standards

Experience with Mac (preferable though not essential), Microsoft Office
