This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors on projects of varying sizes, including commercial, private residential, education and hospitality. Collaboration, and a strong culture of meritocracy is at the heart of how they operate.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative, hands-on individual with a passion for design. In this role, you will be working on projects from inception to completion, with excellent organisational skills and a wealth of supplier and product knowledge at varying budgets.
You will be working in conjunction with the Lead Designer to help implement the overall design concept, by creating mood boards for presentations, ensuring the maintenance of qaulity and content in line with the client's brief and budgets, and of course developing FF&E specifications and coordinating the installation of these on-site with all parties involved.
For this Mid-Weight FF&E Designer role you will need:
At least 3 yrs of post-qualification experience, with a degree in Interior Design or similar
Excellent knowledge of suppliers
The ability to understand technical drawings, with fluency in AutoCad, InDesign and Excel essential
Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
