Relief Shop Manager Location: Oxfordshire Area Salary: Up to £21,937 + £1,500 car allowance per annum My client is a charity retailer with significant future growth plans. AS Relief Shop Manager, you will be working flexibly within the retail team to ensure the continued smooth operation of all their Charity shops across Oxfordshire during periods of manager absence. You will act as the Manager on duty, driving sales, merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service during periods of cover as we continue to raise funds for and promote the work of the charity within the community. About you:
Fully contribute to the success of the overall shop
Develop and demonstrate a high level of knowledge about the charity and inform customers of the charity's goals and values.
Maximize sales by providing excellent customer service.
Recruiting and training new volunteers to a high standard.
Opening and closing the store on a daily basis.
Cashing up the till and banking the day's takings.
Window dressing and in-store displays.
Travelling to other stores when cover is required.
Completing staff rotas.
