Client Services Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum DOE ad hoc bonus
Liaising with both the Project (Design and Development) and the Digital (Paid, Content, Technical SEO etc) teams, you will be the main point of communication for your portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for planning and leading client review meetings, maintaining a proactive and analytical attitude to each account to ensure that all digital opportunities are being maximised.
Activities you will be overseeing on behalf of clients will encompass organic search, PR & content marketing, paid search (Adwords, display & social), design and development; so this is a great opportunity to work with clients on their complete online presence. Whilst you will be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to the client, the role goes beyond merely giving a client what they want. You must be a strong problem solver who can analyse the situation and develop creative solutions to add value to your clients.
In addition to ensuring the successful delivery of client's online marketing strategies, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to further develop your client's businesses. Supported by the Head of Strategy and Innovation, you will advise clients on how they can further their online presence, and how as an agency we can support them in doing so.
Creating and delivering informative and convincing presentations/proposals to both existing (and prospective clients, to a lesser extent) is a fundamental part of the role. As an agency, it's important to us that our clients enjoy working with us and see the value in doing so. Your role in the Client Services team is to make sure that this is how our clients perceive us, and have the confidence and ability to put steps in place to address it if you don't feel that it is at any given time.
The Successful Clients Services Candidate:

Also important are curiosity and an interest in keep up with new technologies and trends and how they affect a client's business.
This role would suit someone with at least 2 years experience in a client services/ account management role who is passionate and ready for a new challenge. It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-growing department, working for an agency that care about their clients and their employees .
