My client is a large format printing company. They have been trading for over 20 years. The company produce high quality large format print they produce banners, 3D cardboard engineering, light boxes, event work, vinyl graphic, exhibitions, point of sale, and packaging. They are have litho to cater for smaller work including, brochures, booklets and general commercial print.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing 4/5 staff within production department
• Holding production meetings every morning
• Scheduling workloads
• Quality control
• Oversee print and finishing production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased
• Maintenance of machines and health and safety protocols are met
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision making skills
• Hands on experience
• You will be passionate about what you and the team are producing
