User Researcher
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £300 – £400/day
User Researcher (Public Sector) – Outside IR35
The role requires the User Researcher to plan and execute user research, analyse and report results and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role will be Hybrid with 2 days per week on-site in London.
The successful candidate will have the following technical skills and experience:
*Proficient in user research techniques such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
*Strong knowledge of user centered design and agile methodology
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
*Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
*Experience working in the public sector
