Senior Architectural Technologist required to join a growing Bradford based Architectural & Planning Consultancy practice.

This established practice has successfully grown their headcount and are now working in a variety of sectors to include Residential, Commercial, Community and Education with the majority of these being UK based. The practice themselves have an excellent family culture and promote a very flexible working culture to ensure a healthy work balance and to support working families.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and conscientious experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their close knit team. It is essential that the individual has office and on-site based experience, preferably a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Support staff and Technicians are available within the practice to assist on projects. As well as their main role being Technical, they are also looking for the new individual to carry out BIM Co-ordinator duties , who will be tasked to take the practice to the next level and transition the team and projects over the coming years.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

· The creation and development of technical design proposals, often post planning, to include technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings. Primary focus of RIBA work stages 4-7.

· Attend and help with site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections and coordinate Principal Designer CDM responsibilities.

· Being part of a cohesive team, involved with mentoring and supporting our colleagues, to grow and learn together.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· 5 years, or more, of experience in construction and architecture.

· Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.

· Have a strong construction knowledge and a mindset to develop this skill base onto others.

· Have current working knowledge of sustainable, low carbon building technologies

· Proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit.

· BIM Co-ordinator with ability to train others.

Salary depending on experience and suitability between £37,000 – £40,000 per annum + benefits and flexible working arrangements.
