Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum
Work experienced RIBA Part 2 Assistant required to join a growing Bradford based Architectural & Planning Consultancy practice.
This established practice has successfully grown their headcount and are now working in a variety of sectors to include Residential, Commercial, Community and Education with the majority of these being UK based. The practice themselves have an excellent family culture and promote a very flexible working culture to ensure a healthy work balance and to support working families.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and conscientious work experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their close knit team, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Post MA experience within an Architectural Practice setting within the UK.
Duties of the Part 2 Assistant as follows –
· The creation and development of technical design proposals, often post planning, to include technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings. Primary focus of RIBA work stages 4-7.
· Produce presentation work to enhance planning application documents.
. Creative flair and design capabilities.
· Being part of a cohesive team, involved with mentoring and supporting our colleagues, to grow and learn together.
· Have current working knowledge of sustainable, low carbon building technologies
· Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
. Proficient in AutoCAD & REVIT
. At least 2 years work experience as a Part 2 Assistant.
Salary depending on experience and suitability between £25,000 – £27,000 per annum + benefits and flexible working arrangements.
