Conrad Consulting are working with a leading architectural practice based in Sutton Coldfield, recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join their burgeoning architectural team. This position will suit an Architectural Technologist with approximately 5 years of industry experience, predominantly in the Residential sector.
As an Architectural Technologist in this practice you will be working towards running projects and leading a small team of Technicians and Assistants, predominantly on Residential projects. The practice work closely with some of the UK's leading housing developers, so prior experience of working in a house builder environment would be ideal. The practice also work in other areas such as Healthcare, Commercial, Retail & Leisure, so you can gain exposure to these sectors on top of your Residential work.
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist:
Degree in Architectural Technology or relevant qualification.
Approx. 5 years of industry experience.
Proven experience of working within the Residential sector.
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit software (essential).
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regs
The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered a salary and package including the following:
Salary £28,000-£38,000
