A leading strategic branding and design agency who have been established for over 28 years are now looking for the next member of their growing team! This agency specialises in creating branding and packaging design solutions, from food and beverages to home and personal care.
The role-
On the hunt for someone who has real passion and excitement for design, someone
looking for a chance to create fantastic design results that deliver against the client brief and
brand objectives, someone with amazing creativity. This role will give you opportunities to lead
design projects from start to finish and will be perfect for an ambitious Senior Designer looking
for swift career progression.
Responsibilities-
Working with the client service team to ensure that the highest quality work is produced and sold to the client persuasively and rationally.
Providing input for the strategic development of projects from a brand design perspective.
Taking on responsibility for the day-to-day design of projects in the studio.
Creating unique and varied design responses to each brief, whilst meeting the brief andshowing an eye for detail.
Leading presentations on those projects in which you have been personally involved.
Ensuring deadlines are met.
Mentoring and inspiring more junior designers, nurturing their development.
Helping the Executive Creative Director to build a happy, healthy working environment for all, creating a good team spirit.
Requirements-
Exceptional creativity!
Experience working in B2C (particularly FMCG) brand design and packaging (a number of years
of packaging design experience is definitely essential)
Able to build strong relationships with clients
Able to provide inspiration and support to the design team and other internal departments

In addition to the above, the office closes for 3 days between Christmas and New Year
