Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning Planning & Design Consultancy in Glasgow on the hire of a Town Planner.
Our client is a trusted partner on private and public sector projects of scale around the globe and collaborate with the biggest international names in construction, engineering and architecture!
Join this team and work on an exciting mix of projects that fall into sectors ranging from Residential, Film & Media, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Sport, Leisure, Workplace and Retail.
Duties / Responsibilities include;
Managing, submitting and negotiating planning applications, appeals and representations through all relevant stages
Preparation of planning statements/representations reports and associated appraisals and advice documents
Communicating advice and ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal form
About You!
The ideal candidate will hold a RTPI degree(s) and hold sufficient experience at Town Planner level. You will have a proven track record of working on sizeable projects. You will be able to demonstrate confidence in verbal and written communication and experience in project managing planning.
