Revit Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £33000/annum depending on experience
A busy multi-disciplined design agency based near Colchester specialising in interior design, space planning, surveying, branding and concept design are looking to recruit a Revit Technician to join their team. Working from a client brief you will work on your own or within a small team on both large and small projects. If you have extensive Revit experience, then this would be the ideal fit.
Duties
Working within a team of Revit Technicians on Large and Small projects
Utilise Revit software to produce existing and proposed 3D models
Producing survey drawings, detailed design and construction drawings to a high standard within tight deadlines.
Supporting the rest of the architectural and design teams
Solve technical problems and advise the team on technical issues
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in job running, technical detailing, construction detailing in Revit are essential.
Advanced software knowledge of Revit experienced in 3D modelling and drafting
Able to create Revit families.
Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable.
Experience in modelling from PointClouds
Personable with good communication skills and a high level of spoken and written English
Able to work on initiative with a consultative approach
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am 4.30pm Friday with ½ hour lunch.
