Salary – up to £55,000 + 8% bonus + benefits
Location – London/Hybrid – 1 day per week in central London, monthly travel to warehouses in the UK and Europe
Pod Talent are excited to partner with a global fashion business, home to a portfolio of well-known brands. Our client have gone from strength to strength over the last few years, and are currently seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager, to join their EMEA team.

This position is a Head Office based role, however only requires office working 1 day per week, with Hybrid/remote working the other 4 days. There will however be monthly travel to a DC in the UK and one in Europe.
What you'll be doing as Quality and Compliance Manager –
– Sole responsibility for the management of all quality matters, including product, waste, SOX and VAS for all European DCs.
– Interact with all levels of the business, including 3PL's, customers and vendors through effective and influential communication style.
– Works collaboratively with all third-party providers to develop their processes and procedures in line with our Quality Control standards.
– Processing of returns.
Ideal experience required for the position of Quality and Compliance Manager –
– Quality Management experience, ideally on a pan-European basis.
– Experience of working in a major retail distribution environment.
– Understanding of warehousing stock processes.
