Team Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum
A well established, Watford based client is expanding. They are looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage a large team.
You will have a strong heavy background in Customer Service, managing a large teams and be able to set the pace to drive the Customer Service team forward in achieving all KPI's set. Being commercially minded would also be of a benefit.
Must have experience managing teams along with a passion for customer excellence.
Performance management, understanding and tracking KPI`s and sharing findings with senior management team.
Experience with managing remote workers and large teams.
Managing recruitment process.
Will have experience supporting teams and the CEO
Creating training programs and motivate individual learning whilst promoting excellence.
