BIM Manager – Heritage Experience – London
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager to join our Architecture firm to work on a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in Building Information Modelling specifically with heritage experience and have a passion for creating innovative and efficient designs.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee the implementation of BIM across the organisation, developing and maintaining high standards of BIM performance
* Ensure the company's projects are completed to the highest standards, utilizing the latest BIM technology
* Provide technical advice and guidance on best practice BIM procedures, keeping up to date with changes in the industry
* Train and mentor staff on the use of BIM software, helping them to use the technology more effectively
* Develop and maintain relationships with external organisations, providing them with technical advice and guidance
Technical Skills Required:
* Expert knowledge of BIM software, such as Revit, Autodesk and Navisworks
* Excellent understanding of the AEC industry and the application of BIM
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem solving skills
