One of my local authority clients are currently seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer. This is a temporary/on going contract to start asap.

Purpose of Post

The purpose of the role is to create, manage and produce digital design solutions. Provide and develop online training and technical support regarding the delivery of digital content within Learning and Development to learners using a variety method. Implement new digital and interactive learning via the learning management system in accordance with current Learning and Organisational Development and Talent Management Strategies.

Main duties and responsibilities

* Manage high quality digital projects from start to finish. The planning, designing, and producing of interactive online content and implementation of learning material utilising the online systems and roll out new mandatory learning content.

* Manage client relationships and compliance with training providers and systems to ensure maximum use and benefits to the organisation working with IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.

* Liaise with departments and managers to determine a robust training needs analysis to develop interventions utilising appropriate learning methods in collaboration with the L&OD Trainers

* Management of the online platform to ensure all content, learning records and onboarding is completed.

* Generate and analyse various training reports, making recommendations for committees for example Mandatory training compliance

* Reviews and updates mandatory learning content using a variety of tools and platform to enable learning engagement and compliance in an ever-changing work environment

* Act as first point of contact for on-line courses and systems;

* Investigate new opportunities and offers regarding online content and digital tools to enhance the learning offer

* Keep up to date with new learning and development technologies and methodologies

* Conduct evaluation of all on-line learning and development interventions to assess return on investment and identify areas of improvement

* To support the Head of Learning and Organisational Development with Learning and Organisational Development interventions as required
