Are you an organised individual who is able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously? Do you have a passion for design and digital media? Would you consider yourself to be confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders? If so then we are looking for a design and digital coordinator to join a London based University to aid with a multitude of tasks from monitoring the digital assets to reporting and triage design requests, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are managed effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively manage design and digital projects using the Asana Enterprise Project Management System.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Management of the asset bank to ensure ll digital assets are uploaded and tagged appropriately.
Liaise with external design agencies to monitor and report on performance in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Ad hoc duties as required.Person specification:

Project Management qualification
Experience within resourcing or project management (preferably within an agency setting)
Strong experience working with digital asset management systems
Excellent knowledge of creative processes using project management tools
Organisation skills especially managing multiple deadlines
