BIM Manager – Architecture

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum Hybrid/Flexible-working
BIM Manager required to join a nationally renowned Architectural practice in their North-West office to help spearhead their BIM initiative.
Situated in Preston, this established Architectural team are founded on the core principles of high-quality design and a commitment to delivering modern, forward thinking Architecture across a wide range of design sectors. Their portfolio of completed projects ranges through various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Health, Education and everything in between.
With approximately 12 member of staff in Preston, they have an immediate requirement for a BIM Manager to join their team to help the further implementation of BIM standards across their practice. They use REVIT as their primary design software and have a continued commitment to ensuring their project work is designed in a BIM compliant way. They have many years of BIM knowledge and experience in-house, they are now looking for someone to help tie this all together and further develop their approach.
Interested applicants must have excellent technical capabilities, and will preferably come from a BIM background themselves – Either as a BIM Technician/Coordinator/Manager within Architecture.
