Job Purpose

Working in our Marketing and Design team in Amersham as our Visual Content Producer for our client. You will be excited at the thought of bringing our brands to life by designing, shooting and producing engaging and effective content, for a variety of platforms. These include online, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, social media posts and more. You will support the marketing and online teams by creating and editing artwork campaign assets that are digitally optimised and builds on the customer journey.  With a minimum of 2 years proven experience working as part of a production/design team either in-house or at an agency. You must be creative, flexible and a big kid that still loves toys.

The role requires a confident, motivated individual with proven experience of photography, videography and editing to produce engaging content. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable working cross-functionally at all levels of the business, from stores to board level. An enthusiastic, creative, curious and technically savvy individual. Passionate about all things content and constantly keep an eye on trends, inspiration and best practice in the market. As our new content signing, you'll have a strong track record in delivering captivating and engaging content that drives business results.

Responsibilities

To develop, create and deliver the digital assets and video content to communicate our brand messages, supports our marketing campaigns
Produces strong visual content, which is captivating and engaging, that deliver strong ROI or business targets. Content includes video, photography, animation and digital artwork.
Works alongside our in-house design team to support with creating and editing artwork to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey across our digital platforms.
Takes ownership of product photo shoots, editing and facilitates a smooth digital production workflow process.
Research relevant topics and identify content opportunities, contribute to the marketing and digital content strategy with ideas, opportunities and customer centric content.
Working alongside a copywriter, maintain our brand tone of voice and ensure all content meets brief supplied and adheres to brand guidelines, with sign off from our Senior Design Manager or at agreed brand governance meetings.
Identifies key news/trends to create reactive content.
Travels to/from locations, including stores, to capture content.
Skills & Experience

Ideally a degree or equivalent qualification and proven experience within a marketing or print environment (ideally 1-3 years).
Experience of managing budgets.
Experience of project management.
Experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
1)    Point Of Sale and In-store Communications – Point of sale and in store communications: understanding, knowledge and experience of POS including end to end production and process management.

2)    Project Management – Project management, planning and workflow: ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver on time, to budget and brief.

3)    Briefing and Commissioning – Excellent briefing, proofreading and editing skills. Attention to detail and restless in delivering high levels of accuracy, consistency, and safety compliance.

4)    Numerate – Numerical literacy: can read, understand, interpret and use financial information and data to make informed commercial decisions with experience of managing costs and budgets
