Architectural Technologist

Salary : £30000 – £36000/annum
Conrad Consulting, in partnership with one of Leeds most reputable Architectural Practices are currently recruiting for an intermediate plus level Architectural Technologist to support a wider projects delivery team.

Their current vacancy would be best for an aspiring Technologist with up to 5 years' experience and keen for exposure to working on a wide-range of projects, specific current project demands are within the Industrial and Manufacturing sector, however with various other revenue streams such as residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Sports & Leisure diversification into other sectors ensure variety. They are looking for a meticulous detailer and an individual who prides themselves on ensuring every piece of work with their name on is produced to an impeccable standard. The practice is pretty much REVIT based so a good working knowledge is highly desirable alongside having worked on live projects to BIM level 2 standard.
To be considered for this role we would hope applicants meet the following Criteria:
. Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with up to years Architectural Practice experience.
· MCIAT or ACIAT with ambitions to become chartered.
· Proficiency in the use of REVIT / AutoCAD software.
· Solid Knowledge of UK Building and planning regulations.
. To be confident working alongside Internal interior Design Teams.
. Ambitions to develop job running and site based delivery experience.
· Previous experience working on Industrial and manufacturing projects (alternative project experience will also be considered)
· Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to produce concise detailed drawing packages.
· Possess an excellent Design portfolio.
