I am representing a London based digital agency, who provide and specialise in designing and developing ecommerce websites. With an ambitious growth plan, there is a position available for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Project Manager with a good technical understanding to join the team and take ownership of the existing client projects.
As a digital agency, there is a focus on creating and developing the best ecommerce websites for a wide range of clients and industries which include luxury goods, fashion and food & drink. Their client base ranges from start-ups to multinational organisations, proving an entire ecommerce solution which has been tailored specifically to the needs and requirements of their clients.
This opportunity would allow you to establish and develop processes and workflows as well as take the lead on servicing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact between client managers and internal development teams.
Manage client expectations through meetings, correspondence, and timely and complete communication.
Ensure up to date documentation of all deliverables.
Consistent updates of status to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage resources effectively.
Responsible for Quality Assurance, create and maintain test cases and testing scenarios.
Manage workload, meet deadlines, and pay attention to project details.
Key Requirements:
A clear and excellent verbal and written communicator
Experience in E-Commerce, more specifically Headless CMS or Shopify, within a digital agency
Effectively manage the needs of customer and business in a clear manner
A minimum of 4 years project management experience
