A high-end audio-visual company providing specialist solutions and equipment to television, live events, movie sets, festivals, and market leading venues. We are seeking a driven who shares an interest within production and events to ensure that all equipment is prepared for rental to a high standard.
The Role
To ensure the highest standards of quality in maintaining our Audio equipment and accessories. To work closely with the Project Management, Operations and Warehouse departments to technically deliver the sound requirements of each project professionally to the client.
Responsibilities
To ensure the thorough check in of Audio equipment and accessories
To ensure the thorough check out of Audio equipment and accessories
To maintain and manage accurate product stock levels in relation to Audio Equipment
To service and maintain Audio equipment on return and ensure it is ready for rental
To liaise closely with maintenance regarding the repair of Audio equipment
To liaise closely with the Technical Manager to develop Audio training programmes and resources for Junior / trainee roles
To ensure Audio Products are suitably prepped and maintained in perfect working order
Liaise and work with the Warehouse Audio team to support the planning and preparations of events
Set up and run a variety of different audio equipment to meet the client needs onsite
To ensure loading and unloading of equipment is carried out according to company processes & to take responsibility for company equipment onsite
Follow company H&S procedures
To communicate and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
Any other duties as required
Skills
Live Experience
A detailed and specific knowledge of Audio equipment
Demonstrable experience working in a Warehouse role
Must be fluent in the English language
Must hold a full, clean driving licence
Experience working in a range of venues
Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment
