Maintenance Technician

Our Liverpool Empire Theatre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Operations Team as a Maintenance Technician. This role is an integral part of the operations team within this busy regional venue, and you will report to the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects of maintenance from repairs to the fabric of the building, painting, decoration and/ or repairs to Plumbing or Electrics. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills, fully computer literate in excel, word and other systems such as BMS or Meridian. You will have a good working knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
Experience in working within a maintenance team in a busy venue is essential.
