Events Media and Marketing Coordinator

£35,000, Hybrid

Our client, a leading publishing company based in London are seeking an Events Media and Marketing Coordinator to join their growing events team.

This is a role where you will get to use your creative flair and will provide support with the media and marketing output of their global events portfolio (spanning webinars, conferences, roundtables, awards and other in-person events). You will also be expected to help develop their events and improve the quality of their work. A high degree of accuracy and organisation is required with the ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities for the role of Events Media and Marketing Coordinator include:

* Working in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Events Lead, support and deliver the social media marketing plan for events that is fully integrated with the company marketing strategy.

* Own and deliver the agreed social media campaign for events, webinars and awards, including development of videos, graphics and copy.

* Help maintain in-person and online event webpages which includes creating and uploading branding, agendas, sponsor logos, speaker photos and bios.

* Upload all post-event content such as photos and write-ups to relevant webpages.

* Scheduling webinars on the Zoom platform and creating in-person event registration forms via Gravity Forms.

* Produce all printed materials for in-person events including names badges, signage, handouts, roller banners, stage backdrops, lectern branded etc

* Create all digital materials for events eg holding slides, table plans etc

* Assisting with management of the ‘event changes’ inbox, responding to requests and dealing with incoming enquiries in a timely manner

* Assist with creating and adding content to all event apps (e.g. agenda, graphics, logos, speakers photos etc)

* On-site support at London based events

Experience required for the role of Event Media and Marketing Coordinator include:

* A keen interest in events media, marketing and production with minimum 1 year events experience.

* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator – additional Adobe skills an advantage but not essential)

* Adaptable and flexible approach to work

* Excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to multitask

* Ability to work well in a team or independently when required

* Impeccable customer service

* Strong attention to detail and a creative approach

* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

* Strong work ethic and time management skills

* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
