Junior Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000/annum Hybrid working
Role Responsibilities:
* Designing for web and print, you will interpret a creative brief to deliver collateral which achieves our marketing objectives.
* Develop assets to be used across a wide range of collateral for both member and consumer facing communications in formats to be used across all marketing channels including, but not exclusive to, website, social media, email and print.
* Work with the wider marketing team to develop campaigns to engage members, leading new design initiatives which will drive innovation in delivering campaigns.
* Help develop and maintain relevancy of brand guidelines enabling the organisation to be an authoritative voice within the industry.
* Execute best practice in maintaining version control and artwork approval processes to ensure accuracy.
* Dealing with external suppliers with regards to invoices and queries
* Regularly recording member contact ensuring that the interaction and outcomes are input to the membership database (CRM) to maintain records and reference member data.
* Following organisational process and procedures to ensure member expectations and agreed service level agreements are met.
* Managing and protecting member and customer information in accordance with company policy and General Data Protection Regulations
* Undertaking such other duties, commensurate with the responsibilities above, as may from time to time be required by members of the management team
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and HTML with the ability to correctly set up and size artwork for print, including for large format.
* Excellent eye for detail
* The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
* Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills
* Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
* The ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and within a small team.
* Excellent IT literacy, with demonstrable knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Educated to GCSE standard.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
* Previous experience or knowledge of working within a Marketing team.
* Prepared to travel for external meetings/events, which may involve overnight stays, with a willingness to be flexible on hours if necessary.

* Full time 35 hours a week, 2 days home working and 3 days in Office
