LOCATION: Based from an office in South London Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with the opportunity to attend site meetings.
SALARY: £35k to £40 as a basic salary with 21 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) and company pension.
This company sells the design, supply and installation of interior fit-out and workplace design solutions dealing with offices, facilities management companies and agents across London.
You will be responsible for attending initial client meetings to obtain the client brief. Create concepts and designs which deliver on the objectives of the brief whilst having an excellent eye for detail. Collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcome. Take responsibility, have the initiative to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team. Creating quality presentations and working to client budgets. Carrying out site visits to ensure design intent and quality is maintained. Oversee the entire design process from concept to delivery. Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs.
Successful candidates Minimum of 2 years' experience in workplace design. A strong background in pitching for Workplace Interiors / Design & Build. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office applications, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Ability to work well under pressure, manage your own time & meet deadlines. Knowledge & understanding of UK Building Regulations. If this sounds of interest please apply ASAP.
