Are you an organised, talented and experienced architect or RIBA Part II professional looking for a non-traditional career opportunity? Adrem Group is seeking skilled individuals to join an industry-leading team of Design Managers.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work alongside leading architects and key stakeholders on a range of flagship projects globally. As a Design Manager, you will leverage your excellent communication and project management skills to oversee the design process from initial briefing through tender, ensuring successful project outcomes.

While this position does not include hands-on design responsibilities, it provides an excellent opportunity to launch your career in design management. You'll work with a team of industry experts, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills as a project and design manager.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience working as an architect (Part III/ARB) or RIBA Part II AA in a UK-based studio. You should also have demonstrated experience in project and design management, including project setup, project documentation, design strategy, design programming, project resourcing, and brief definition. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as experience across earlier RIBA stages on high-value (£20M+) projects, with a demonstrated understanding of various project documentation (documents you have used or taken the initiative to create).

While PMP or Prince2 accreditation is preferred, it is not required. Experience working in Revit/BIM-based project environments is also preferred but not essential.
