We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reprographics / Studio Manager who is looking to work for a growing, progressive company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years' experience in the print industry along with a proven track record of reviewing complex and diverse reprographic print orders and fulfil each print job from start to finish, including file preparation, printing, file management, using digital plan room tools, coordinating projects with other departments.
Role and Responsibilities
Able to review complex and diverse reprographic print orders and fulfil each print job from start to finish, including file preparation, printing, file management, using digital plan room tools, coordinating projects with other departments
Maintaining strict document quality control procedures and taking ownership of each project you work on.
Adhering to our high level of customer service and always meeting customer deadlines. * Maintaining an organised, clean work environment. Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
Working knowledge of Adobe suite products and large format reprographic printers.
Experience with digital planning/layout software.
Comprehensive knowledge of preparing CAD documents for print output, including file conversion, resizing documents, preparing PDF and TIFF files, and managing documents.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing as you will be interacting directly with customers and other departments to coordinate print projects.
Strong file management and organizational skills.
