Location: Hybrid role combining working from home, attending meetings and time in the office.
Experience of working in the signage and print industry, or in construction, is preferred.
Introduction: My client are recruiting a project manager due to a growing client base. They work across the UK and Europe and are looking for someone to join our ambitious team. The role is to manage projects of various national clients spanning numerous sectors and all across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
They are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to look after some of their largest customers who are undergoing multi-site rollout programmes. This individual will need to take on the challenge of successfully delivering projects whilst ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and on budget.
The project manager should plan and designate project resources efficiently, ensuring departments have all the specific project information to enable the correct manufacture and installation of signage and graphics. You must be highly organised and a great communicator.
You’d monitor progress and report back to the team throughout.
Liaising and communicating directly with clients is extremely important, by way of face-to-face meetings, email, conference calls and / or telephone conversations. This dynamic and diverse role ensures that our customers have a point of contact through the entire process. The perfect candidate suited to this role will have excellent communication skills, be personable and will ensure the highest standards of service are received by our customers.

Responsibilities

* Attend site surveys and accurately understand what the clients needs are
* Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
* Problem solve if issues arise to maintain an exceptional service level
* Use a cloud based CRM to upload, manage and track jobs
* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
* Be open to flexible working hours to suit the clients needs
* Use and continually develop leadership skills as you manage the clients expectations
* A UK driving license & willingness to travel is essential
