We are looking to speak to professional Service / Interaction Designers for a Central Government authority, for a 6 months contract in Leeds or willing to travel to Leeds min 2 days a week.
Our client, one of the most important contracting authority in the Public Sector, is looking for a professional Service / Interaction Designer to engage with policy experts, product owners and product team to design end-to-end products and content across both digital and offline channels.
What you offer:
Experience with different types of content and user-led interactions
Working across digital and non-digital channels
Experience to analyse failure within services and identify causes
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement within an existing service
Specialised in designing interactions and interfaces for digital services
Design user-centred solutions and transaction flows
Work on all levels of the service, from high-level flows and journeys to the fine detail of individual parts.
