The successful Account Manager will join a business that is an industry leader in all aspects of digital marketing, digital consultancy, testing and analytics, and conversion rate optimisation. As a proactive individual who enjoys building rapport with clients and growing existing accounts, this role provide an opportunity to showcase your impressive repertoire of skills. You will primarily focus on clients within the dynamic SME market, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and enhance the company reputation. Your Activities:
Create and execute sales strategies and plans
Identify and secure opportunities for new business development
Attend networking events and lead industry exhibitions
Understand the client`s business needs and translate these requirements into feasible solutions
Collaborate with the client delivery team to ensure all objectives and strategies are implemented and achieved
Analyse and improve individual campaigns to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded
Liaise and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Utilise a consultative sales approach to maximise revenue and account growth
Your Skills and Experience:
Ability to demonstrate your understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Track record in new business development and account growth
Previous experience as an Account Manager / Account Coordinator / Account Executive in an agency environment
Strong B2B sales ability
Comfortable running multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage a variety of clients at once, working cross-functionally and delivering projects successfully
Able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
