Operations Team Lead – Aberdeen – c £22,000.00 to £24,000.00 per annum dependent on experience, Full time – Permanent role (Fixed Term). Benefits include Holidays, Company Pension Contributions, Own Laptop and Mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain excellent communication skills with clients and team you will be overseeing.
* Execute the entire order to payment process for jobs from initial enquiry through to delivery of goods with a strong team backing.
* Supporting the management of all customer accounts.
* Utilise the job management system to enter orders, check stock availability, process refunds and credits in a timely manner.
* Monitor customer account balances and ensure timely payments are made.
* Handle quality control issues raised by customers and escalate to management if required.
* Provide the necessary materials and literature (products) to support the operational needs of the organisation
* Support innovation order processing, as and when required.
* Be the liaison between the customer and the internal staff, working closely with the production, Admin and management team to ensure orders are efficiently processed and customer delivery expectations are met.
* Develop and cultivates favourable relationships with existing and potential customers as well as team.
* Manage and make decisions on troubleshooting issues or customer complaints prior to escalating to management for assistance in resolving their problems.
* Makes independent decisions based on department guidelines and policies.
* May be asked to participate in facilitating staff 1-2-1's.
* Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that the company has access to high quality products at reasonable prices
* Ensuring that employees are properly trained to operate machinery and that they understand safety procedures
* Managing employees’ day-to-day activities to ensure that projects are completed on schedule
* Providing support in the writing of Tender briefs and bringing in quality jobs.
* Perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage.
Requirements
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced sales position ideally within a similar industry.
Minimum of 2 years UK operational experience
Knowledge of financial principles such as budget management
Organisational and time management skill imperative
Good communication and presentation skills
B2B sales experience.
Degree level in Business Administration or Management or equivalent work history
