We are looking for a Strategic Creative Lead to play a key role in a Global in-house agency that is resourced to solve any creative challenge, offering the freedom to be truly innovative. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in either Birmingham, Bristol or London.

At the heart of the business sits their thriving in-house creative agency team, a highly talented and multidisciplinary team of 80 people across the UK and globally, providing expertise in graphic design, UX, UI design, digital development, 3D visualisation, motion, and immersive media. The Role
As Strategic Creative Lead, you will be proactive in bringing ideas on how projects and the overall business can run more effectively, challenging creativity, processes and strategies and overall improving the quality and delivery of projects. You will have tremendous scope for creativity and adding greater value to the growing number of high-profile national and global accounts within the agency team. You will lead a wide variety of multi-disciplined design projects within architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. You will bring out the best in your colleagues through the design process by offering mentorship and design direction.
About You
You must be able to think analytically and strategically about how projects can be taken to the next level. You have a portfolio demonstrating your passion for multi-discipline design and ability to art direct an idea. You consider yourself an innovator and problem solver and enjoy being empowered to challenge the brief and go over and above with your thinking. You communicate clearly and persuasively to clients and can engage with colleagues effectively at all levels.
