SEMH LSA (Letchworth)
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £85 – £95/day
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, experienced LSA to join a SEMH provision near Letchworth.
The successful candidate must have experience working with individuals with SEMH and SEN (this could be professional or personal experience) and must have strong communication and interpersonal schools. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a 1-2-1 basis and feel confident working with a small group.
The role will involve supporting students with various activities and classes, so the candidate must be flexible and have a positive mindset.
The successful candidate must have:
Experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health
Knowledge of the Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organisation skills
