Architectural Technologist

Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum
Ambitious and career driven Architectural Technologist is required to join a busy Multi-Disciplinary Architectural Practice situated in the delightful market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire.
This Multi-disciplinary Architectural, Building Consultancy and Interior Design Practice recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary and have grown an enviable reputation for delivering quality award-winning design. As the successful Architectural Technologist will work across a broad range of sectors initially focussed on Energy – specifically electronic charging infrastructure Projects, options to diversify into other sectors once in post include Housing – bespoke new builds and Conversions, Industrial – large scale distribution & FMCG facilities.
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist
* A degree in Architectural Technology or HNC qualified
* CIAT registered, or an aspiration to achieve CIAT in the next 3 years
* Proficient in AutoCAD, opportunity to learn and advance REVIT once in post.
* Experience on a mixture of project work, minimum of 5 years experience within an Architectural practice background.
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* Understanding of construction programming/sequencing, deadlines and cost control
* Open to continued learning and development of technical knowledge and construction techniques
* Ability to produce accurate and precise detailed construction drawing packages.
This role may include some occasional site based travel, therefore you must have a driving licence. This role is Skipton or Leeds based with remote and flexible working available.
Salary offered is between £32,000 – £40,000 depending on experience + excellent employee benefits package and career progression opportunities.
